I earned multiple 6 digits last month.

Sleeping 8-9 hours every day (and taking a nap mid-afternoon).

FREEDOM.

I googled "life is meant to be easy" and there are about 6 billion (with a B) results that say it is NOT. What?!?

No wonder every freaking people I know slaves their way up to reach their goals. We are taught that life is hard. That hard work equates to success. It is deeply ingrained in our beliefs that nothing in life comes easy. 

"Money doesn't come from trees."
"Hindi napupulot ang pera."
"No pain, no gain."
"Life is not fair."
"Mahirap ang buhay."
"You can't have it all!"

What if I tell you that LIFE CAN BE EASY?

You can have an overflow of abundance.
You can achieve your goals with ease.
There is no need to crawl or step up the ladder of success - you can take the freaking elevator, my friend!

Can you imagine a life where all your dreams come true?
Millions in your bank account.
Amazing Health.
Loving family.
Profitable career and business.
Freedom.

And you can achieve all of these with ease and flow. 
Day in and day out, you do your thing and money flows easily.
Day in and day out, you are surrounded by people you care about and love.
Day in and day out, you do things that inspire and energize you.
Life is so delicious and easy.

If you resonate with what I've just said, it only means one thing - your soul wants it. You are ready for it. You are awakened and clamoring for a life of abundance and ease. 

And I want you to honor it.

True that! How can we feel wealthy and abundant and happy and contented with what's happening around us? When a family member is sick. When the whole country seems to be fighting about who is the best man/woman to lead the country. How can we feel abundant  if we have thousands of debt and living paycheck to paycheck?

I feel you.
I hear you.
I understand you.

But life is always a choice.
And I choose to believe that God wants every one of us to receive and claim His blessings.

Don't get me wrong.
Shit happens to me, too.
I'm not spared from heartaches and disappointments.
That red and pink fights happening on your Facebook timeline? I see them, too.
There is an ebb and flow in my daily income. Some days are highly profitable, some days are not so good.

The difference is...
 I ALWAYS FOCUS ON GRATITUDE AND ABUNDANCE.

My mantras every morning, midday, and evening:
I am so blessed.
Money flows to me easily and abundantly.
I'm grateful for my health and young body.
What a beautiful house I'm living in.
I'm surrounded with wealth and abundance.
Life is easy.
I am a money magnet.
It's okay to receive abundance.
I allow myself to receive.
The more I chill, the more money comes in.
The more I help others, the more abundance I receive.
I serve, I deserve.

I give myself permission to take a break and soak in this beautiful life I'm living. I meditate for at least 10 minutes and recite my mantras. I let my soul glows in the light of abundance and gratitude. I soak in the feeling of happiness, excitement, love, and gratitude.

I encourage you to recite these mantras (or create your own) as often as you can even when shit happens (especially if shit happens). Find a quiet place, close your eyes, and focus on your breathing for a minute. Start reciting all the things you're thankful for. Say all the things that make you happy and excited. 

And this is an exercise that might not be easy at first. Expect some resistance. We're trying to break the generational and deeply rooted belief that life is hard so be kind to yourself if the mantras don't feel real.

There will be days that you don't feel like meditating. There will be days that reciting these mantras feels like a chore, but I want you to continue for at least 7 days. Just like any new habit, you may need to remind yourself to meditate (set an alarm). 

Remember, this is not an exercise to say things.
You have to FEEL whatever you're saying. 
Let the excitement flows into your body.
Feel the tingling sensation in your hands and toes.
Your heart beats fast because of joy and gratitude. You might even cry because you can't believe how amazing and blessed you are! 

Believe me, you will receive something amazing even before you complete your 7 days of meditation.

What is meant for you will find you

I wholeheartedly believe this…

You don’t need to stress about the future.
You don’t have to worry if there will be enough.
Because what is meant for you will find you.

But the “believe” part is the most difficult part in the manifesting process. Letting go and believing that your desire will manifest - and the waiting part - trigger all our money blocks.

No matter how many times we write our desires,
no matter if we say all these affirmations and mantras,
no matter if we do all the visualization and meditation
if in our core we doubt that our desire will manifest, it is then difficult to make it happen.

“LynJoy, I know that my heart and mind should 100% believe for something to manifest. But how can I do it when I’m constantly reminded na mahirap sya ma-achieve? I try to feel good, grateful, and abundant but many times, I feel it’s all a lie.”

You won’t believe 100% and that’s okay!!!

Here’s the thing, our mind knows what has already happened. Our mind also absorbs all the events and experiences of our family, friends, and the society at large. And all these created our limiting beliefs - because we’ve experienced, heard, seen, felt everything in the past (and the present).

To say that we know what will happen in the future is a complete lie. We don’t. We’re not Nostradamus. We can’t even predict if Taal will freaking blow up this week or not!

So you can imagine if there is some kind of resistance when we try to manifest. There is no way we can wholeheartedly remove our doubt to something that will happen in the future. Sure, in theory, maganda na wala kang doubt di ba? But who the hell are we kidding?

Think about this though, for sure you’ve manifested plenty of good things in your life - most of them unconsciously.

Pause for a few minutes and think of some amazing things you’ve experienced and accomplished (being a parent, graduating from college, having a job, places you’ve travelled to, etc) Also enumerate the beautiful things you have right now (your phone, laptop, house, bag, etc).

I bet that you never obsessively thought about them. They just happened. You can’t really say that everyone can have a baby or afford to buy a bus ticket to visit their family but you did (for example). You manifested most of the things you have without thinking. As if they just happened! You were not obsessively writing down your desires or reciting it 100x a day. If you really think about it, the reality manifested because of the energy you emitted - it was the energy of knowing it will happen no matter what.

The ‘how’ is none of your business

Our mind is designed to plan and figure out stuff. That’s a good thing. But what our mind can’t foresee is the infinite possibilities. We think that if we want to have a 5-bedroom house near the lake, that we need to earn this much and save this much, and be promoted to this job or speak to the bank to negotiate interest rates, etc. We create a plan on how we will manifest our dream house.

But as you know, this is not how it works. There is an unlimited combination of circumstances that can lead to getting all the things our heart desires.

My advice though is pay attention to your intuition. This intuitive feeling brought you to where you are right now. These little nudges from the Universe that you listened to and made you achieved/accomplished things. And these nudges, the same way it led you to your desires, will also manifest what you want in the future.

Who knows, that strong nudge to strike a conversation with a stranger at a coffee shop, will lead to 10 new clients for you. And this is why the ‘how’ is none of our business.

Our job is to dream, believe, and take inspired actions.

Don’t be desperate

I think this is how I want to summarize this newsletter. Manifestation is all about energy. You can’t ‘mask’ your fears with positive thoughts and mantras. You can’t fake happiness. The Universe doesn’t respond to our conscious wants and desires - it responds to our energy. It can’t give us something just because we want it or because we’re good people. We co-create.

So do what you need to do (inspired actions) and continue following your feelings. Don’t be desperate or overthink if you’re doing it right. If presented with two options, go with the one that feels better.

Let God do the rest.

“You know LynJoy, I believe in manifesting but my family think it’s unchristian.”

I get you babe. I heard so many times how the law of attraction is unGodly and we should never pray or ask things from the Universe.

Somehow, manifesting is like this witchy thing you do that is too magical or woo woo. Aren’t we supposed to pray to God (or Allah or Buddha, or <insert any Divine Being you pray to>)?

When I started harnessing my abundance mindset, it was very clear what are the roles of my God and the Universe. God is the end-all and be-all. He is the beginning and the end. He created the stars, the moon, the earth and everything in it. God created the Universe.

I treat the Universe as my own reliable manager whose task is to do whatever I ask it to do. I do my job, the Universe does its job and we meet halfway.

For many, including me, there’s a belief that it’s quite inappropriate to ask God for 50k this week to pay for my bills but I won’t have any qualms asking the Universe for that amount.

You rarely hear me talk about religious stuff because I don’t consider myself as a religious person although I am very spiritual and they are two different things. Now, if you need proof that prophets and saints also believed in manifesting, here are some bible verses that talk about it:

“And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith.”
Matthew 21:22 ESV

“For as he thinks in his heart, so is he.”
Proverbs 23:7

“Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.”
Hebrews 11:1

Manifesting is all about FAITH. Deep, unwavering faith that you can receive whatever your heart desires. Sounds easy, right? Yet, many struggle not because they don’t have faith but because of their money blocks.

Many people think that I teach the law of attraction and manifesting. In a way, yes, but more than that I help my students figure out their deep-seated money blocks and finally release them. I teach them self-love, setting boundaries, and going after what they truly want. By doing so, the ladies were able to start their businesses, buy properties, start traveling, and basically manifest the life they truly deserve.

Why is it not happening to me?

Maybe some of you tried asking the Universe for something just to try it out and what you asked for didn’t show up. Bummer, right?

Here’s the thing, maybe it did show up but you didn’t pay attention. Maybe you asked for 1000 pesos yet it’s been 1 week and no 1k landed on your lap. But have you noticed that someone treated you for coffee? Probably a friend paid you back. Or maybe you got free delivery voucher for your Shopee order. Add these all up and you have your 1000.

You see, the Universe gives what we asked but sometimes we only want to see what we want to see. The Universe could have given you the opportunity to earn 1k yet didn’t notice because you’re dead set of getting the money from the sky.

I'm always asked this question, "how would you know if it's the right thing to do?" My answer has always been the same. If the decision excites you more than it scares you, then go for it. Ask yourself the question, "what's the worst thing that can happen anyway?"

The other day, my friend who is highly intuitive shared with me that she's doing tarot reading. She never told anyone except me due to fear. Filipinos are very religious and can be quite unaccepting of other beliefs aside from theirs.

Anyway, I asked about her Youtube channel the other day and had a look. I watched her reading for Virgo and actually sobbed while listening. You know, I have this personal dilemma for quite some time and I asked God and the Universe to give me a sign. A BIG SIGN that I would know is THE SIGN once I see/hear it. I want it to be so obvious like slapping me in the face. After listening to the tarot reading, it became clear what I needed to do. As if the 'message' was specifically for me.

Tarot reading has never been in my consciousness. I would read my horoscope from time to time but never really plan my life around it. But after watching my friend's tarot reading, I immediately felt clarity. Sure, my friend didn't have me on her mind when doing the reading, still her words resonated with me big time.

Now, I'm not telling you to find a tarot reader or do any of the spiritual stuff, my point is that signs are there if you closely listen. 

One time I asked for a sign. I said, "If I won't reach my target then it only means  it's a sign that I should stop what I'm doing. It's a sign that this is not for me."

You know what happened? I didn't reach my target . Did I stop? NO. In my gut, I know that I shouldn't stop and I don't want to stop. After that, I stopped asking for signs and basing my life decisions with them. I stopped asking to see purple flowers or white bird.  Rather, I now follow my intuition. After hearing/seeing/feeling something, you feel it immediately and say, "YES, this is it!"

Intuition is that guiding “inner voice” which always knows the truth – what is ultimately best for you, in all situations. We have all intuition although not everyone focus on developing intuition, as we live in a world focused on what we can see, taste, touch, and hear.

How can you enhance your intuition?

1. RECOGNIZE WHEN YOUR INTUITION SPEAKS.

Maybe you'll hear your message on the radio or from overheard it from someone else's conversation. You might watch a movie clip or see an ad. You might feel goosebumps or a feeling of relief. 

For years, I was very scared to quit my daytime job. It doesn't make sense financially and I know we're not yet ready. In 2019, when the idea came back to me, I felt peace and immediate knowing that it's now time. There were just excitement, gratitude, and faith that everything is falling into place.

And now, whenever I had doubts if we made the right decision, I would go back to the feeling of peace I had in 2019 and instantly reminded that I am where I need to be.

2. MEDITATE

Many consider intuition as our 6th sense. In order to improve it, you need to deepen your connection to it. Meditation can increase your powers of intuition. We must dig through our noisy mental state, our anxieties, our doubts, and fears, by accessing our subconscious mind. 

Spend a few minutes a day undistracted to master the feeling of inner peace. 

3. JOURNAL

Journaling is a tool for self-discovery. By writing a journal, you are accessing your intuition and capture its wisdom. Make it a habit to write your gut feeling and see afterwards if you were right. What happened? How did you feel?

Journal writing should not stop in surface level recounting of our days. Journaling is not the same as writing a diary. When we spend time each day to self-discovery, we begin to exercise that intuition muscle that resides within each of us.

Spend 10-15 minutes a day writing your thoughts and let me know how it improves your life. I want to hear!

4. TAKE FAST ACTIONS

I always say this, the Universe loves fast action takers. If it feels right, do it. Procrastination is the biggest killer of dreams and goals.

We keep on perfecting, overthinking, delaying, and doubting our decisions and actions. The sooner you commit to your goals, the sooner they'll become a reality. 

5. TRUST YOURSELF

Most people secretly yearn for someone to tell the answers sometimes - but when you this, you lose. Trusting your intuition is all about trusting yourself – and the more trust you place in yourself, the more success you will have.

In whatever goal you will make, developing a strong intuition will be the most important. And it's not only about KNOWING what to do, FOLLOWING YOUR INSTINCT is equally important.

Can you manifest your ideal life?

I became aware of the law of attraction in late 2014. The idea intrigued me and being a life-long learner, I thought, "why not try?" The first thing I ever intentionally manifested was a parking space.

Being stuck in traffic for more than 2 hours everyday after work, the last thing I wanted was to circle around our apartment building looking for a free parking slot. It's so frustrating to spend so much precious time waiting for a car to leave so I can just park. Most of the time, I ended up walking hundred meters away from our apartment building and considering the Dubai heat during summer (50 C), it's not a walk in the park.

So after learning that I can manifest basically anything I want, the first thing I tried visualizing was a parking space directly around our building. You know what? Just like magic, 4 out of 5 working days, I would be parked on the same perfect area.  

I became a believer ever since.

After that, I became a 'conscious manifestor'. I started winning contests, promos, and receiving lots of free stuff. I love it!

After a few months of practicing the law of attraction, I thought, "can I manifest real money?" I then researched more about manifesting. Did all the things that could help me manifest money. I practiced and did lots of inner work to release all my money blocks.

It was not as straight forward as I thought it would be. It's not as simple as what the book The Secret said. But improving my abundance mindset was the best thing that I ever did. 

To answer the question if it's possible to manifest your ideal life, it's a resounding YES!

After more than 14 years in UAE, we retired last year and went back home. A dream that I never thought would happen soon when I set the intention in 2017. For me, it was a nice dream to quit my daytime job and focus on The Wealthy Pinay - my passion business. Of course, just like any other dream, that time, it was just a nice thought but I have no idea how or when it will happen. That time in 2017, I didn't have a house, I didn't have much savings, and the only thing I was good at is being an employee.

It took 2 years before what I wrote in my journal manifested in real life. Two years of inner work. Two years of consistent building of habits. 

Manifesting, just like a habit, should be done consistently because the more you do it, the better you become.

Here are 4 habits that helps me manifest bigger things...

1. Envision your future

A friend told me that after reading my book, her husband bought a door knob. When asked why, he said that it's for their dream house. I call it 'paving the way'. You act as if your dream is coming and you're paving the way so it will come easily into your life. 

Daydreaming is free but as an adult, we rarely do it. Either we're so busy and stressed that the last thing in our mind before we go to sleep is our to-do lists for the next day, or we're already jaded because not all of our dreams became true anyways. 

We can only achieve whatever our mind can perceive.
That's a fact.
I always encourage you to dream as if the sky is the limit.
Imagine your dream life. 

What can you do to speed up the manifesting process? 

Make sure that you can paint the picture of your goal clearly in your head. See it, feel it, taste it, smell it. And how can you do that?

Have a dream car? Go to the showroom and test drive your car.
Go for an open house tour and see how your dream house actually looks.
Visit the area where you want to build your farm or beach house and walk around the place. Take a picture, sit there for a while, imagine yourself owning the place.

2. Meditate

Spiritual habits are important too. Meditating, praying, visualization - are all habits that you can harness to give yourself a mental break after a long day of work.  Meditating realign your focus and allow you to approach things with a new sense of clarity. Studies show that it also reduces anxiety, depression, and pain. 

In terms of manifesting, meditating boosts our positive vibrational energy that increases our positive frequency that activates the law of attraction.
If you haven't done meditation before, I suggest start with a simple breathing exercise that instantly relaxes your mind. Try 4-7-8 breathing technique. Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds. Hold your breath for 7 seconds. Then release through your mouth loudly for 8 seconds. Simple, right?

3. Goal-Setting

It is very important that without it, the law of attraction is considered null and void. 

The Universe loves clarity. When you're trying to manifest, you shouldn't just say, "I want to be a millionaire", or "I want to be healthy", or "I want to get married".

Dreams are abstract and what make them tangible starts by writing a clear and actionable steps to make them happen. Dreams should be turned into goals, and goals should be written down and not just in your mind. Make sure that you have an exact date when you want to achieve it as well as a deep reason why you MUST achieve the goal.

4. Take massive actions

I'm not expecting you to quit your job, leave your partner, or invest all your life savings into a new business - what I'm trying to ask you is to take action on a daily and constant basis. A small action is better than no action. 

If you want to trigger the law of attraction, you have to make habitual actions. There's no sense of doing an action today and then follow it up only when you feel like it.
